Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you complete command over your e-mail box accounts and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a new email box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, activate email filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your email boxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and set the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply select the e-mail box account you would like to redirect mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
